Materials spreadsheets are enhanced with predicted labor manhours and waste factors, then pricing within budget and scheduling. This forms the master plan tool giving the contractor, foreman, or owner builder the project information for managing the job.
3)Schedule
Gantt Charting for oversight control with dependencies, what-if scenarios and the value completion to date figures are generated.
